|Recommended: YesLoving the New Community — I have only been here a month and everything so far has been great. I love the fact that I can walk or ride through my community and see such a diverse community. Some mornings I see young people walking their dog or jogging. Then I may see an older gentleman walking his dog. In the evening when I get home I will see couples pushing strollers with babies in them or kids riding their bikes. I have longed for a community like this for a long time and now I have it. There is a country setting, but you are not far from anything that you need or want to do.

|Recommended: YesI just want to share how much we enjoy living in this beautiful community… yes it’s a work in progress but it’s coming together and when completed it’ll be an amazing and beautiful community…. I’ve been planning on putting in a review months ago but haven’t… so now I’d like to share with y’all…. I want to commend Jake, one of their maintenance fellas for his professionalism when he has done a few repairs in our home… he’s knowledgeable of the repairs he does and has a bubbly personality that makes you comfortable with him being in your home… he’s not only a maintenance fella but is a caring person… whenever he sees me outside he’ll wave or at times while on his golf cart stops and asks how I am which is great… he’s very motivated and has a positive attitude…. I’d also like to share that the three ladies in the office are terrific…. They are very professional and friendly and know all the ins and outs about these beautiful homes… Amavi Brier Creek feels just like home …

|Recommended: YesMy family and I had a wonderful experience touring the community with Deedra . She was incredibly kind, respectful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She took her time showing us around and made sure to answer all our questions thoughtfully. It was clear that she knew the community well and genuinely cared about how comfortable and informed we were.
